1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph86 ("ph86", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph86 online gaming platform available at ph86.asia and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the ph86 platform, or placing any wager or bet through ph86, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as ph86's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using ph86 and must not create an account.

ph86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph86 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their ph86 account. Continued use of ph86 following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of ph86 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under applicable PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. ph86 strictly enforces this requirement. Any person under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the ph86 platform including any free-play or demonstration features.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. Philippine-resident players are the primary intended users of ph86.
• You must not be self-excluded from ph86 or from any other gambling operator's platform under a voluntary or court-ordered self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when placing wagers at ph86.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph86 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

ph86 conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. ph86 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a government-issued Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID — at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where necessary, account suspension.

Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to have been under 21 years of age at the time of play will be forfeited, and the deposited funds will be returned to the payment source where reasonably practicable.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming at ph86, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to ph86 account registration:

• One account per person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one ph86 account. 4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph86 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. ph86 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) on your ph86 account.
• Never share your ph86 login credentials with any other person.
• Always log out of ph86 after using a shared or public device.
• Contact ph86 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ph86 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. ph86 staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to come from ph86 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph86 support immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph86 accepts deposits from Filipino players via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the ph86 platform at the time of deposit. All deposits at ph86 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). By depositing funds into your ph86 account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment source registered in your own name and that they are not derived from unlawful activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ph86 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless ph86 determines at its discretion that an alternative withdrawal method is appropriate.
• Completion of KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registration of multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering multiple ph86 accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the ph86 platform while under 21 years of age.
• Collusion with other players to defraud ph86 or other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any ph86 game.
• Exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Fraudulent chargeback requests against deposits made to ph86.
• Use of the ph86 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph86 staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph86 content without prior written authorisation from ph86. Unauthorised use of ph86 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph86 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Losses arising from telecommunications outages, internet service disruptions, or device failures.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

ph86's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of ph86 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to ph86 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph86's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the ph86 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph86 regarding any aspect of the Services, you are encouraged to contact ph86 customer support in the first instance. ph86 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph86's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable law.

By using ph86, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or the ph86 platform that cannot be resolved through the above process.
